This site has no forms and no accounts, and collects nothing about you automatically. If you contact us by email, we receive only what you choose to send: your name, your email address and whatever you write. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs for a short period for security and reliability.
This site sets no cookies and embeds no third-party trackers or analytics.
We use your enquiry to respond to you and to assess a possible business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our products and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a marketing list. Email you send us is handled by our email and hosting providers acting on our behalf. We disclose personal data beyond this only where the law requires it.
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, and delete it once it no longer serves that purpose.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it, and you can ask for it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@telconetwork.net. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
